I turned the ribs which are wrapped in the butcher paper here:

and then turned them into the ribs shown here:

I still have one rack left, will probably try a different rub/sauce. The second photo looks a little red on my screen but it’s all a nice brown colour. I think the white balance is off but I don’t give a fuck.

It’s just dry rubbed, cooked in the instant pot. and then coated with sauce under the broiler. Smoking meats is obviously great, but this worked out nicely.
